A strong belief in sustainability, educating consumers and a drive to support the community, Impact Bars mission it to make an impact on your mind body and world. Initially the business was to supply the bed and breakfast accommodations with sustainable solutions, but through Covid Impact Bars realised that they quickly had to adapt to a different model until travel becomes normal again.
The product was still in the development stage and production in Australia had to be abandoned due to supply issues.
Packaging form and production had to be sourced locally and internationally, yet still to be eco-friendly.
Impact Bars strongly believed that being sustainable does not mean just looking at craft paper, green and natural colours. It needed to be attractive, smart and luxurious.
Through our Brand Strategy session it became very clear that the butterfly would be the perfect match. The butterfly effect represented what the brand was about;

Butterflies are deep and powerful representations of life. Butterflies are not only beautiful but also have mystery, symbolism and meaning and are a metaphor representing spiritual rebirth, transformation, change, hope and life. The patterns and colours are inspired by a desire for cultural connections and in particular travel to Morocco.
For the launch of this product, we created a bespoke butterfly box that would stand out from the sea of sameness, whilst still being very sustainable. The aluminium tin inside keeps the bar in perfect condition is plastic-free, travel-friendly and eco-friendly.
The 3 in 1, is a slightly more male-skewed offering and a sleeve carton was created to reflect this unique quick & easy product.
